Take a shower and lose weight? I am in. I already take a shower so this should be easy, right?
There is a new study that was just released that claims, a simple way to boost your energy and help you stay refreshed all day – is to take a shower. Since you are already taking a shower (hopefully), at the end of your shower, all you need to do is the following:
- Switch the water to cold for 30 seconds
- Switch the water to hot for 30 seconds
- Switch the water back to cold for 30 seconds
Studies show it will help you to reduce your stress and lose weight by doing this.
